CrossFit Workout from the Zeus Method App
15-12-9-6-3: For Time
Hang Power Snatch (135/95 pounds)
Toes to Bar (scale to sit ups)
Box Jump 24/20 inches (jump squats if no box)
 
*goal is to be able to move the barbell as a hang power snatch, drop down in weight where you can do a single at least 2-5 reps at a Time.
 
Bodyweight Workout from the App:
4 Rounds:
30 Calorie Row
20 Burpees
 
Push the pace on this and see what you can get.  Scale to 50 Air Squats if no rower.
 
6 Minute Workout from the Zeus Method App
6 Minute As Many Reps As Possible:
12 Dumbbell Shrugs
12 Dumbbell Deadlifts
20 Alternating Dumbbell Bent Row
 
*go as heavy as you can on each movement, I went 50’s
